Easy Peasy Guacamole
Whether it’s a Cinco de Mayo celebration, Superbowl get-together, or any occasion really, no party is complete without a tasty helping of chips and guacamole. This recipe makes a nice size batch, can be made smooth or chunky, is so easy to make, and is the perfect staple for every party or gathering.
Easy Peasy Guacamole
This recipe is so yummy and so quick to prepare. Its smooth texture makes it perfect for dipping, and with a few simple ingredients, it's ready to serve in just 10 minutes! For a chunkier guacamole just add diced tomato and onion. Enjoy!!
Ingredients
- 4 medium, ripe avocados
- 3/4 tsp seasoned salt
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- diced tomato (OPTIONAL)
- diced white or red onion (OPTIONAL)

QUICK TIP: Store just-ripe avocados in the vegetable bin in your refrigerator. They will last 1-2 weeks longer than sitting on a counter top or in a pantry.
